After determination of a malfunction. Our INSTA-CARE program
(24hour replacement loaner) will be initiated if applicable and an
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued for the
unit to be repair.

We will take care of shipping the item to the appropiate repair
facility and returning the item to you once repairs are completed.
